Smart Employee Benefits (SEB) is a publicly traded company, listed on the TSXV as "SEB". It has two divisions: a Technology division and a Health & Benefits division, within which operate several subsidiary companies acquired by SEB.

SEB's mission and goal is to apply innovative technology solutions to the Healthcare sector's Benefits Management segment in both corporate and government sectors.
